Client went on to say that most solicitors he has had experience of in recent years have failed to keep him updated after two or three months of being instructed.

He said that all clients should be regularly updated especially with regards their immigration status as some people were walking around without knowledge of their immigration history.

In this respect he said that he was happy that we always kept him informed.

Client said that our overall service was good. She said that she appreciated that we had a lot of cases to deal with and quite often found that our phone lines were engaged.
