Harborne Primary School in Birmingham is one of the organisations that DBS Law is proud to support. Situated in Birmingham, the school provides its students aged between 4 and 11 with a great range of extracurricular activities but the current economic situation means that the school is only able to continue with such activities if it receives financial aid from outside sponsors.
The money that DBS Law and other organisations provide to the school is used to support the children. As with all schools Harborne encourages trips and educational visits and as a result, outside funding makes such opportunities for pupils possible, more importantly, a fund can be set up to support some of the children who come from more deprived households.
Recent changes in funding by the government to the schools has resulted in Harborne Primary and others around the UK having to use own funding for repairs and other activities. In such times any support provided by organisations like DBS Law is of great importance.
The support DBS Law provides is long lasting and will continue that way to ensure that Harborne Primary School can provide its pupils with all the support and encouragement they need for the development of their knowledge and skills.
Harborne Primary School has a great set of things planned that will create a fantastic learning environment and enable pupils to develop much needed lifelong skills. From canteens to computers, the school is in need of assistance and DBS Law is happy to help. Providing a platform and the necessary tools are all that it takes to ensure that the younger generation can develop and DBS Law will be there to support Harborne Primary and its pupils every step of the way.
DBS Law is delighted to sponsor a visit from Life Education Centre West Midlands. The Life Education Caravan provides a mobile classroom with special education sessions for kids. They learn about healthy lifestyle and drug taking effects and consequences. The aim of the education sessions is to help children make positive healthy choices. DBS Law believe that supporting the health and drug prevention programme will help shape children’s future.
