Applying for a license involves completing a complex online application. Prior to submitting the application you will be required to do a comprehensive assessment of all your records. You will be asked complex questions and will be asked to provide documents to evidence what you have stated.

The UK Border Agency may do a visit to your premises prior to granting the sponsorship license. Therefore, it is extremely important that all your paperwork and record keeping is up to date and easily accessible.
