Online sales can be a risky business

71% of online sales businesses in Birmingham are breaking the law according to the City Council’s Trading Standards team. The guardian’s of Birmingham’s shoppers have been deluged with complaints over the last 12 months. Its bad news for consumers and it could be a disaster for businesses too.
