Our survey shows staff are happy with the balance between their work and home life with a 69% positive score. They believe managers keep an eye out for signs of stress and would be quick to respond (80%). Team members work a typical week of just over 37 hours, and although senior employees work up to 60, staff say they don't feel they are under so much pressure they can't concentrate (74%).
The firm, which also trades as Claim Today Solicitors, runs a programme for young managers to build future leaders in the business. Staff say their jobs are good for their personal growth (85%) and their training is a benefit to them personally (72%). Courses for staff cover professional skills, a guide to immigration reforms, human rights and anti-money laundering. All staff are entitled to free private healthcare for themselves and their families. Employees say their health is not suffering as a result of their job (83%).
Our survey shows there is great team spirit. Colleagues go out of their way to help each other (86%) and share a sense of family (83%). Both scores are ranked in the top 30 in our list. Staff say they have fun with their team at work (89%) and outside it with organised events such as go-karting, a murder mystery night and bowling. A positive score of 80% indicates disruptive individuals are not a problem at work and staff do not feel the company takes advantage of them (72%).
Rob Bhol, the managing director, is an inspiring leader (86%) and people have a lot of faith in him (87%). Senior managers listen as well as tell people what to do (79%) and truly live the values of the firm (81%)."
