If you are in the United Kingdom and do not hold a valid visa or if you have entered the UK illegally and have no immigration status, please contact DBS Law. We can help by making an application in an attempt to regularise your stay in the United Kingdom. This application will be made outside of the Immigration Rules to the Home Office. This application can focus upon a number of different factors and can be made if you can show elements of the private and family life which has been established by you. An application can be made under this limb if you are unable to meet the Immigration Rules and there are compelling and compassionate circumstances allowing you to do so. As this is an umbrella application, providing you have sufficient documentary evidence attempts can be made to regularise your stay by:
- Relying upon the length of time spent in the UK/your long residency in the United Kingdom
- Relying upon medical grounds
- Relying upon maintaining existing relationships i.e. with fiancé(e)/civil partner, spouses, unmarried partner, children, dependant parents/relatives etc.
