dependent parent/relative visa application

If you have a parent/relative who is currently living abroad and is dependent upon you and you would like to make an application for them to enter the United Kingdom upon this basis within the Immigration Rules, then we can help.

At DBS Law we will take detailed instructions from you and assess whether the requirements of the relevant law/authority is met and advise you as to whether you can proceed and make an application for your parent/relative.

Your dependent parent/relative will be required to submit this application to an Entry Clearance Post or British High Commission Consulate. If you would like DBS Law to assist you upon your application, we will prepare a bundle for you to submit. In every case, we will prepare an extensive personalised cover letter which is to be submitted as part of your application along with supporting evidence for the application which will focus upon the strength of your relationship,  highlighting how the Immigration Rules are met.

If the application is successful, the applicant will be granted leave to remain for an indefinite period and a visa will be issued to this affect.
