Applications can be made to the Home Office in the United Kingdom upon the basis of your long residency in the UK, both lawful and unlawful, provided each clause of the Immigration Rule which you are relying upon is satisfied. An application for Indefinite Leave to Remain within the Immigration Rules can be made if you can establish:

10 years lawful residence;

14 years unlawful residence.
